- 2/3 cup stout (flat Guinness)
- 1 cup stout (flat Guinness, basically, dump whatever is left in the bottle....unless you've been drinking it, in which case... Come on! It's flat beer!)
- 1 1/4 cups corn syrup (or sugar cane syrup)
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- powdered sugar (for coating and a bit of vegetable oil for coating the pan)

I have made many marshmallows in the past and none with Guinness beer. This was a fantastic treat though I wish that the Guinness would come through a bit stronger
