- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (or brown sugar)
- 1 lb. potatoes (Baby Red or White, cut in half)
- 1 pinch fresh thyme (+ more for serving)
