This was my first attempt at bangers, which I bought at Trader Joe’s. This recipe was perfect and my family loved it.

Loved it, takes a bit of work, but always a favorite with the family. I had to use mild italian sausage because that's what we had here in Utah, and I pour the remainder of the carton of beef stock in the pot while boiling the potatoes. Other than that, I stick to the recipe and it turns out great.

I just did not care for this the onion gravy was a little too sweet for my taste however, the mash -- to die for
