    It was really good. I probably should have reduced the sauce or some of the sauce separately. I was really worried I was going to over cook the chicken waiting for the sauce to reduce enough. It was pretty tasty, I used Rice’s cauliflower, it was really good!

    We love this meal! It is so simple to make but so flavorful. My family and I add broccoli and zucchini to the mix and serve over califlower rice. Super yummy! Cannot wait to make this meal again!
