So good that it feels like you are cheating! I added sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts with chicken and bacon! AMAZING!!!

Turned out fantastic! Loved the flavour plus the recipe is easy to follow. I did modify 3 things though , I used unsweetened plain cashew milk instead of regular milk to make it even lower cal and also instead of flour I mixed 4Tbsp of cornstarch with 4Tbsp of water and added it to the mixture for thickening. Lastly I didn’t have enough cream cheese around so I subbed ricotta instead. Even lower fat and gluten free option worked well. Yielded about 3 cups of sauce

It was great. Couldn't tell there difference between this version and regular alfredo.

Absolutely delicious! I used full fat milk and cream cheese. I did give it my own twist and added 2 tsp of chicken fajita seasoning to the sauce and served it with cubed chicken and tri-colored peppers and onions over penne pasta. My husband LOVED it!!

Delicious!! and so easy!! Added a bit more garlic but my family LOVES garlic. A keeper in my book !!!!
