I really liked this recipe. I did add 1/2 tsp of salt that some felt was missing. I used dried cranberries in place of the raisins and I added 1/2 cup of coconut shreds. This would be a super easy recipe for moms to do with their kids. The kids would have fun helping and be very willing to help with the eating.
