This was an easy recipe that was very moist and flavorful. I’ll definitely be making this again!

Not thrilled and I really wanted to be.
This ended up being a total disaster per the instructions given. Each fillet opened up and wouldn't refold. Good thing I made my own guac. I went ahead and finished cooking the chicken and added more guac and then cheese before serving.
Next time I'm going to bake the chicken after using an egg wash and then breading. Once cooked I'll spread the guac on topping with the cheese and put under a broiler until the cheese melts.
I think it's a good idea and if executed right, delicious.

I loved the breading on the outside. I would maybe finish it in the oven next time after getting a crispy layer on the outside in the pan.

We liked it. I used chunky Wholly Guack & also added 1/2 chopped ripe avocado. I topped with butter and panko crumbs, and baked at 375* til done, then broiled to brown. Yummy
