This is a really nice combination of taste and texture. I had to use what I had on hand—chicken tenderloins instead of breasts. Consequently, I made the guacamole as a side. I had only the pre-cooked bacon so I chopped and sprinkled it on top. I added a few red pepper flakes to the top of chicken.

Exactly what I wanted, very tasty, perfect meats with that fresh guacamole, highly recommend this lovely dish
