Description
At under 300 calories, guacamole is a great snack full of healthy fats and fiber. This recipe is quick to mix up, with only 7 ingredients and taking about 20 minutes. Try it with sliced vegetables instead of tortilla chips for a healthier snack, crisp and cool radishes are a great choice! This guacamole also makes a great topping for tacos, nachos, or a quesadilla.

- 3 avocados (ripe)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 green onion (with stem)
- 1 red pepper (tespoon diced)
- 1/2 pepper (diced, to taste)
- 5 sprigs fresh coriander

Directions
- Cut the onion into small cubes and its stem into thin slices.
- Finely chop the coriander.
- Place the avocado In a small bowl and mash with a fork. Pour in the lemon juice and mix well. Finally, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- Serve with tacos or for a change, on toasted baguette slices.
