- 4 avocados (peeled, pitted, and mashed or chuched)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 can rotel (original, or Hot if you want, drained)
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. fruit (fresh, will keep it from browning, optional)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream

Directions
- In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, ROTEL, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
- Keep on avocado pit in the center take keep fresh and green
- We like chunkier style Guacamole so mashed two of the avocados & chopped two into very small pieces. These pieces will mush up a little as you stir in other ingredients, but still give it a little chunk. If it is still too chunky you can mash it a little with back of spatula.

This was delicious! I ate 1/2 of it myself in one sitting!! I used red onion and only used what I thought "looked" like enough. In addition to minced garlic, I also sprinkled some granulated garlic in it. This is excellent!
