Directions
- Split baguette; sandwich with shredded gruyere and chopped thyme. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat; lightly brush with olive oil. Add the sandwich and top with a heavy skillet. Cook until golden brown and the cheese melts, 3-4 minutes per side.
