  • 8 ounces sharp white cheddar (smoked if you can find it, shredded)
  • 8 ounces jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 24 ounces shell pasta (package of large, cooked al dente)
  • 1 batch cheese sauce (smoked gouda)
  • 1 cup bacon crumbles (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • paprika (to sprinkle on top, to taste)

    This turned out fantastic! I thought the bacon was a gimmick but it really enhances the strong cheeses. Will definitely make this again.
