This is so delicious! And even though it may not look like it. It’s also very filling. Substituted Smoked Paprika for chipotle seasoning. And only used 1/2 - 3/4 tbls red pepper flakes. Just enough heat to make me break a sweat (I’m wimpy). But wonderful flavor. Definitely will make again.

Tasted better than I expected! I added more pepper jack cheese for more spice and cheesiness!

This combination sounds unusual and I was skeptical but somehow it works! Very delicious and is now a new favorite.

I added chopped chipotle in Adobe sauce instead of the seasoning making the turn heat up a bit. Good but shouldn’t have deseeded them

didnt have spinach at the time of making this so i substituted kale and it turned out awesome!
