Easy and pretty with the orange and red colors. I added fresh squash as I had it on hand. As the blog post tied to the recipe mentions, the recipe itself is light on flavor so the cook can trick it up as desired with spices and extra veggies. When I make it again, will definitely add more spice. Ground Turkey is inherently bland - so go for the spices!

Girlfriend and I absolutely loved it. Added julien green peppers, omitted chives and used 3/4 cup chicken broth. Definitely a keeper recipe.

It was AMAZING! Instead of using chicken broth I put 2 chicken bouillon cubes in a half cup of hot water for some extra flavor and precut frozen sweet potatoes 😋😋😋

A tasty meal. Used precut frozen sweet potato to save some time. Ended up cooking things slightly longer than the recipe called for but still came out looking and tasting good.

This was delicious and easy, I add 6 peppers and double the recipe with about 3 cups of cooked lentils.

added baby Bellas and an orange bell pepper. cooked it in my cast iron pan so delicious the bottom caramelized perfectly
