  • 2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (Freshly Grated)
  • 2 teaspoons gluten free soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (divided)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 carrots (peeled and grated)
  • 2 broccoli (Small-Medium Heads, cut into florets and then halved)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste (or more to taste)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • scallions (thinly sliced for garnish)
  • cooked rice (for serving)

    Really good recipe! Added fresh chilli , a lot more ginger (love ginger!) and a different variety of veg turned out really good 😃

    The method was good. I added 2-3 tbsp of sauce to the end mix of veg and turkey - and then mixed sriracha and honey for the final stir. Marinating the turkey with teriyaki/soy sauce plus vinegar and toasted sesame oil made it flavorful.

    simple recipe to follow. I personally left out the chili past (didnt have any). It also heated up well as left overs.

    My family enjoyed this recipe. I didn't have chili sauce on hand, so I used Annatto paste instead. Easy to make and fairly quick.
