This is the best soup I have eaten in a long time. My husband and I fought over the leftovers.

This was so easy & simple to make, and I broken some vermicelli noodles into the soup....perfect for a cold evening, yum!

The vegetables were hard to cut. Prep work took most of the time. Otherwise the soup was great!

Great!! I added an extra can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste, AND a of tomato sauce, and some frozen okra, plus more ground turkey because my family LOVES this soup and they like a lot of meat in it! Oh and I heavily seasoned my turkey with Lawry’s seasoning and it made this batch MUCH better than the last one.
