It was ok. The sweet potatoes mixed in were great but I felt as though the meat mixture could have had more flavor.

Very good. I would make it again! Next time, I would save calories and skip the cheese.

Really good, super easy. I had yams and feta instead of sweet potatoes and mozzarella. Worked well and I can see other substitutions being just as good. Needed something healthy tonight and this hit the spot. Will make again.

Sooo good! I didn’t think it would be when I was cooking it but it turned out great! Added salt pepper red chili flakes and paprika 😋

Easy skillet meal! This was a mid week meal and everyone ate it up. Might play around with this again and thought it might be improved by browning the potatoes (?)

Really liked this dish. The flavor was very mild, but delicious. A dish you can easily add to for a variety of flavors. Lots of chopping when it comes to prep, but easy cooking. There eere zero leftovers for 2 adults (my partner REALLY liked it), so Ill have to double up the recioe next time. Nice fall comfort dish.

My husband looooooves this meal. Once you get the prep done, it’s pretty easy. Took a little longer because my oven took awhile preheating to 400.

Not a lot of flavor. Added tomatoes, eggs, broccoli, curry, allspice, and habaneros, but still felt meh. Overall easy to make. Probably wont again though.

Pretty good for the most part. I added cumin + paprika but felt like a flavor was missing from the dish. My mother added in some salsa and said it was good this way.

Turned out really well. The only sub I made was Jamaican sweet potato instead of regular sweet potato. I did cook the potato separately to make sure everything was done. Will def make again.

So good! I cooked the potatoes in a cast-iron separately with turmeric and curry spice covered for approx 10 mins until cooked through. Then did the turkey, mushrooms, peppers & onions in another pan. Combined the two, mixed em up, topped with mozzarella and eggs for a brunch vibe. The eggs didn’t cook well in the oven so we removed them (bc they were like rubber, whoops) and fried eggs separately to put on top. Turned out wonderfully! We each had seconds!

Very delicious comfort food. The recipe calls for a cast iron skillet and I don’t have one so I used a large copper pan.

Great just have to throw in the potatoes before the meat gets too dry because it takes awhile for the potatoes to get soft

Was ok, made a lot of additions at the end because we found it lacked flavour. Skillets are nice for that reason. Don’t think I’d follow this particular recipe again though.
