Simple recipe, may need just a little extra sauce to cover the shells. I ended up needing more than the listed shell amount though. Overall, this has a very light and refreshing flavor.

Very easy to make. Good flavor. I loved it, but the family said it was a little dry. Going to add a little sauce to the meat mixture next time.
