Ingredients

- 12 oz. yolk
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 lb. ground turkey (.. 93%)
- 1 onion (small, chopped)
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms (package fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 7 oz. low sodium beef broth
- 6 oz. fat free evaporated milk
- non-stick cooking spray

Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions and microwave frozen peas for 4 minutes..
- While noodles and carrots are cooking, spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Brown ground turkey, onion, and mushrooms over medium-high heat. Drain.
- Stir in flour. Slowly add beef broth, stirring until blended. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add peas and evaporated milk and heat through. Serve over noodles seasoned with salt and pepper.
