    Excellent!!! I used some of regular onion instead and just a small amount of a red bell pepper. I’d definitely make it again!!

    Pleasantly surprised by this meal. I was in a "use it or lose it" situation with not only the ground turkey but also with the peppers and green onions. Followed the recipe and directions fairly close. However, I did add ginger to the sauce and some broccoli for more vegetables. It was delicious! So glad I get to eat this more than once.
