- 2 lb. lean ground turkey
- 12 oz. veggies (bag frozen mixed, I got the kind that has peas, corn, carrots, and green beans)
- 1 onion (peeled and diced)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- cooking spray (fat free)
- 2 lb. potatoes (red potatoes or yukon gold both work great, peeled and diced)
- 3 chicken base (big spoonfuls of, optional, but it adds a lot to the potatoes – found in chicken stock section of grocery store)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/3 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1 egg
