- 1 lb. mozzarella (– the type sold in 1 pound blocks, not fresh mozzarella)
- 1 cup cottage cheese (– not a typical meatloaf ingredient I know, but I promise you can’t taste it and it adds a lot of protein!)
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (– make sure to choose one with no sugar added)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (– the green shaker can type is fine in this recipe)
- ice cube
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 lb. mozzarella (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
