Loved it! I used garlic & basil flavored tomatoes, approx. 1+1/2 Tblsp minced chipotle in adobo (instead of green Chili’s), 1/2 tsp turmeric, garlic powder seasoned the turkey plus 3 cloves minced garlic. Eggs added took about 2mins stovetop & also 1+1/2 min or less after cheese in oven on Hi broil to achieve runny yolk longer for firmer yolk. Prefer runny yolk blended into chili servings. Served w/sour cream. Next time will add a bit more chipotle. DEFINITELY took LONGER than 30 mins! Start to finish for me was approx 1+1/2hrs. Flavor was delicious!
