- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. corn (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup pineapple (finely diced)
- 2 Tbsp. red onion (finely minced)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves (roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (from about half a lime)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (and pepper, or to taste)
- 1/2 jalapeño (fresh, or to taste)
