Really good! Slight modifications to the sauce: little bit of sambal and sesame oil and 1/2 cup vegetable broth because sauce was drying out. Wished added mushrooms - have to do next time. Served over ramen noodles. Yum!

A hit! Served over sweet potato crinkle fries. Added a fab of fresh mango-jalapeño salsa on top. Loved how easy and delicious it was.

Good! I didn’t add the spinach cause I didn’t have any in hand and it felt a bit dry, next time I will. It was tasty, I will cook it again!

Tuned out great. I used 2 big cloves of garlic which was nice. When I make it again I think I’ll add some crushed red pepper.
