I was surprised it turned out. I did not have enough shredded mozzarella so I used grated Parmesan and parsley flakes. It spread out well and once completed it was a respectable looking pizza. Not a cheese pizza fan, so I added pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives & fresh chopped Italian parsley. No leftovers or gluten hangover. Yum

Very tasty. I added extra seasoning after reading a review. My kitchen smelled like a pizzeria while it was baking will definitely make this again.

Turned out great! The chicken crust is a little bland so I would add some more seasonings next time

I used ground lean turkey instead of chicken. I also substituted organic granulated garlic for the salt. I kept the crust on the parchment paper while I cooked for the 25 min... The crust was thin around the edges, so the crust was crunchy. The sauce I added Organic granulated garlic, basil, and a little oregano. I had extra so I used it to dip the pizza.
