    Just made it last night. SUCCESS with hubby. Definitely a keeper. The only different I did was used the dry packaged Betty Crocker Roasted Garlic 4.7oz potatoes with just the water. Left off the cheese for the initial baking 45 min. Pulled out of oven, smeared some butter over potatoes, added shredded cheese, canned RoTel tomatoes w/ green chilies (mild), chopped bacon and scallions. Back in oven for 10 minutes. Done and YUMMLY!
