    Yummy for my tummy! Used a can of mixed veggies and no bell peppers. Used some bits of dried roasted red pepper skins and some chicken broth. Good eatin!

    Quick, easy, delicious meal. I added beef broth and more cheese (personal preference). My kids ate seconds and thirds. I will definitely make this again.

    I would adjust the cheese to at least 3 times the amount recommended. Otherwise it was very good.

    I didn't think my family would like this. But my son and husband enjoyed it. my hubby said it was fresh and colorful. I will be making it again

    I love one pan meals. This is easy and flavorful. I doubled the garlic, used frozen spinach and red pepper.

    Switched out regular potatoes for sweet potatoes, did canned tomatoes, didn’t do onions (didn’t have any) it was kind of bland to be honest. Ended up putting hot sauce on it

    I added canned petite diced tomatoes & left out the spinach since I didn’t have those ingredients. It was delicious & I will make it again!

    This was very delicious! I didn't have cheese on hand, so I substituted shredded carrots for the cheese, and cooked it in the oven for a few extra minutes. Still turned out amazing!
