The recipe is kind of bland, but with some additions it came out quite good. I used homemade marinara sauce instead of canned diced tomatoes and added some minced carrots, Worcestershire sauce, a little ketchup, minced garlic, and paprika. I served the mixture over mashed potatoes with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. Yum:)
