Really good. I had to make more than a few adjustments, considering I didn’t have the exact ingredients on hand. I used frozen mixed veggies, instead of just the canned corn and beans. I didn’t have tomato juice, so I used a big can of tomato soup, and 2 cans of water. I didn’t have any buillion, so I used 2 cups beef stock. All in all, it’s pretty much the same other than the veggies. Really liked it. Good recipe for soup.
