This was a hit. I didn’t have sake or white wine so I used chicken broth and a little red wine vinegar instead. I added a julienned cucumber and it was delicious.

Yummy. I didn’t have mirin so subbed rice wine vinegar and tried to accommodate with sugar addition. Not the recipe’s fault but I think the sauce needs to cook down more.
Used sake and it was a nice complexity to the flavor of the sauce. Grateful for a recipe using ground beef instead of a more expensive cut of meat so it was great for a weeknight! Thanks so much

Great recipe. I used sake (open keeps longer than wine) and 93/7 beef (what I had on hand) with butter. I’d love to try with 85/15 and less sugar. Will definitely make this again!

Turned out great. Only change I made was anything liquid that called for 1/2 cup I used 1/4. Then added 1/4 of water. Was perfect. My 6y/o ate it all! I will make again!

Excellent! I cooked it several minutes longer, boiled the noodles instead, and added some pasta water to the entire mix. Delicious!

It turned out well, although I did keep in the ramen noodle seasoning. It made it more flavorful and spicy!

It was yummy! I didn’t have wine so I used water. I didn’t have lite soy sauce which made it on the salty side. Next time I’ll get lite to see if it helps. Really easy to make and it will go on our routation of meals! 3 year old and two adults

Turned out great! Little salty but everyone still loved it...used premise teriyaki sauce. Kids want it again

It was good. The ramen was a little mushy but it was still good. I used premade teriyaki sauce.
