Really good, quick, and easy! I added extra spice with crushed red pepper and cayenne pepper. The whole family loved it!

Very tasty (and fast) one-dish meal that the entire family enjoyed! The added veggies make it filling enough without added carbs but adding tortilla, rice, etc helps to make it more kid-friendly, too. Will be added to our weekday rotation!
