Taste was great. I went with half of the long peppers. However I will next time only add the sesame oil to the meat and not use any oil in pan, came out with just to much oil after fat rendered from ground beef.

I wasn’t sure what type of peppers was the right one. So I just used the one that seemed the closest. It came out so good! Made burrito with it.

Awesome and hot!
I swapped out black vinegar(contains wheat) for rice vinegar.

Super delicious recipe! I substitute the peppers with ones that are more mild (or hot) depending on the crowd I am serving it to!

Easy, delicious, and something different that wasn't heavy and hugely unhealthy.
We will make this again. And again. And again!

Great.
I didn't have any green chillies so I just used two red chilli peppers which I had on hand. I wouldn't want it much hotter than it was, so if you don't like your food too hot reduce the number of chilli peppers. Also I didn't know what black vinegar is so I used rice wine vinegar instead. This is definitely a dish I will make again.
