- 1/2 tsp. onion powder (organic, she uses 1 teaspoon onion juice made in a juicer)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (organic, she uses 1 teaspoon chopped garlic)
- 1 tsp. salt (I prefer sea salt)
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
