    Used shallots instead of scallions, added a little sugar to them before sautéing them in the olive oil for two minutes. Added some garlic powder for taste. It was easy and wonderful.

    Cooked it for the whole family. Everyone loved it, it was fun to make. I will be making it again in the future.
    I added some olive oil, chopped onion, jalapeño pepper and garlic to the ground beef. Started with Cheddar , ended with Cheddar cheese , delicious.

    It was good. I used Harvati cheese because Gouda was pretty rich. I will try it again and use the Gouda... it would have made the sandwich a bit more cheesier... Great for something quick after work with vegetable soup.

    I left out the put scallions and added provolone and mozzarella to the Gouda. Delicious!!

    Turned out great. A nice twist to a classic sandwich. We added some garlic powder to ours for added flavor and changed up the cheeses using American and Provolone.
