Used shallots instead of scallions, added a little sugar to them before sautéing them in the olive oil for two minutes. Added some garlic powder for taste. It was easy and wonderful.

Easy version of a hamburger for those winter days when you can't use a your grill and don't want that nasty fried burger smell in the house.

Cooked it for the whole family. Everyone loved it, it was fun to make. I will be making it again in the future.
I added some olive oil, chopped onion, jalapeño pepper and garlic to the ground beef. Started with Cheddar , ended with Cheddar cheese , delicious.

It was good. I used Harvati cheese because Gouda was pretty rich. I will try it again and use the Gouda... it would have made the sandwich a bit more cheesier... Great for something quick after work with vegetable soup.

i used Muenster cheese instead if gouda, still very good.

It was great! My boys gobbled it up pretty quick and asked for seconds. That's a strong validation in my house.
