It was alright ... not the best but still fuel for your body. Would make it again

This is a great, easy dinner that I've made many times with some substitutions. I sub fresh or frozen corn and tomatoes for the canned and oyster sauce and/or soy sauce for the flavoring packet. I saute garlic and onion with the ground beef and shred some veggies (usually carrots and/or zucchini) to add some veggies. I've also made it with zoodles instead of ramen noodles for a healthier meal.

Works great as the worlds easiest dinner! Doesn't make much so you may have to triple the noodles or something if you are making for more people. Not a bad go-to as a single gal working full time, though. Used beef noodles instead of oriental. Added a jalepeno for interest.
