- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 14 oz. red kidney beans (cans, drained)
- 8 oz. black beans (drained)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
