Tasty and fast to come together. Good, easy protein. I didn’t have fresh ginger on hand, so used some ground. My family has not acquired a taste for ginger yet, so they did not miss the stronger flavor :-)

This was really delicious! I was looking forward an interesting treatment for ground beef, and It does capture the flavors of Bulgogi really well! I served it over Maifun rice stick noodles.

It was very greasy. I would brown the meat first and drain it then add the garlic and ginger to sauté.

Very simple and quick recipe that was very much like traditional bulgogi. Family loved it.

I usually make a bulgogi sauce that has an apple but since I didn’t have any apples I found this recipe which was a lot quicker and with less dishes to clean! It was also just as delicious as my original bulgogi recipe!

Very easy and quick! I subbed Bragg’s liquid aminos for coconut aminos, but otherwise followed the recipe as is, and sautéed a mix of veggies to serve with it. Delicious!

Me and my boys really enjoyed this one. I doubled the meat and most ingredients except ginger and garlic, and had to substitute the Coconut Aminos with soy sauce. 🤷‍♂️gotta work with what ya have.

Delicious! I served with jasmine rice and an Asian salad mix.

Cut sugar in half, doubled red pepper flakes and didn’t have sesame oil. Turned out great with extra stir fry veggies and rice.

Maybe a little less sugar & add cornstarch for a sauce. Otherwise, delicious!! Served with broccoli & quinoa or rice.
