  • 24 shrimp (fairly large)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup BACARDI® Mixers Mojito mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 0salt (and pepper)
  • 0sesame seeds

    Directions

    1. Pre-heat grill to medium high.
    2. Soak the bamboo skewers in water (stops them from burning). Thread a couple of shrimp onto each skewer.
    3. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the BACARDI Æ Mixers Mojito mix, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and peanut oil to create the Mojito sauce.
