- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup BACARDI® Mixers Mojito mix
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 0salt (and pepper)
- 0sesame seeds

Directions
- Pre-heat grill to medium high.
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water (stops them from burning). Thread a couple of shrimp onto each skewer.
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the BACARDI Æ Mixers Mojito mix, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and peanut oil to create the Mojito sauce.
