- 8 oz. mushrooms (same-sized, stems removed and washed, I used brown Crimini mushrooms.)
- 1 chunk mushrooms
- 1 sweet onion
- 9 oz. halloumi cheese
- 1 chunk mushrooms
- 1 spray oil (or, VERY IMPORTANT; to use on grill right before you put the skewers on.)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed, I used my fresh-frozen lemon juice)
- 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Greek seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning (Spike, optional; you can use any all-purpose seasoning mix if you don't have Spike.)
