  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder (or 2 T grated fresh onion)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic puree (or minced fresh garlic)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin (I used 2 tsp. but if you don't love cumin you might want less)
  • 1 lime (small, at least 1 tsp. grated lime rind)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • limes (fresh cut, for squeezing on cooked fish, optional)
