No grill, so I pan-fried the marinated fish. I also cut the sugar by about 2/3. The sauce was far too sour until I deglazed the pan with a little water and stirred the savory liquid into the sauce. That smoothed everything out. Delicious, but I'm not sure I'll make it again.
