This is an awesome marinade!! We did not do the grilled veggies. I marinaded the roast for 2 1/2 days. Seared it on both sides in olive oil. Med heat on fat side for 3 mins., 4 mins on other side then baked in the oven at 425 until internal temp is 135-140 degrees. Let it set for 10 mins under a tented foil sheet. Sliced and served. I was lucky to get one piece! My guys scarfed it up before you could say “Hey, share!” Huge hit!! Can’t go wrong with this!!
