- 5 cloves garlic (finely minced or pressed)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp. paprika (I used smoked paprika)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional and to taste)
- 1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used breast tenders which cook very quickly to save time)
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt (I used 0% fat)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely minced for garnishing, optional)

Why am I the only reviewer for this?! It's freaking delicious!...and I just use a grill pan. The ingredient quantities as written easliy accommodates 2lbs of chicken tender, maybe even 2.5lbs. I've made this dish at least 8 times only once have I made the sauce. Nothing wrong with the sauce, but it just isnt needed unless you make a Tandoori Chicken Pita sandwich.
