- 1/2Â tsp. paprika
- 1 1/4Â tsp. chili powder

- 1Â red onion (small, or half of a large one, diced)
- 1Â red bell pepper (small, diced)
- 1/3Â cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1Â Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4Â tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- rice (Optional: serve over, or quinoa, I like to add lime juice and cilantro to the rice!)

amazing. my pepper went bad so i threw in some fresh-from-the-garden tomatoes and thought those were tasty. i'd love it with pepper too I'm sure. Husband loved it as well, which is always a plus. very flavorful and grilling it on our charcoal grill gave it just that little extra to make this a 10/10.

Great taste and easy to prepare. The marinade is quick and tenderizes the chicken perfectly. The salsa would be just as good eaten as a corn chip dip.

We altered it a bit...maybe if we stuck with the exact recipe it would be 5 stats. It was good, not great.
