It turned out perfect !! Fresh moist and so simple to put together we followed the exact recipe I would not change a thing except invite more friends to dine with us.. So pretty platted with the drizzle slivers of fresh lemon and a nice spring of rosemary 🌿

Used my indoor grill since I am replacing burners, etc., on my main grill. I followed the recipe fairly closely with some personal tweaks and found this to be about as quick and easy as could possibly be. Went with a mid-range Chardonnay for marinade and “chaser”....would definitely do it again.
