- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 4)
- 1/4 cup chili dressing (sweet, from the above recipe)

- 1 Tbsp. chile paste

- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 heads romaine (washed and chopped, about 12 cups)
- 1 red bell pepper (stemmed, seeded, and thinly sliced, 8 ounces)
- 3 mangoes (Champagne, 1 1/2 pounds, peeled and thinly sliced/cubed)
- 1/2 red onion (small, thinly sliced, 4 ounces)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado (ripe, sliced)
- 1 lime (cut into wedges for serving)
