- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup frozen lima beans (thawed)
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 12 oz. extra firm tofu (cubed, into roughly 24 cubes, make them big enough to fit on skewers )
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce (prepared)
