- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 plum tomatoes (chopped fresh)
- mozzarella (optional)
- provolone cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper (chopped, or use jar roasted peppers)
