Description
If you use bamboo skewers, be sure to soak them for 20-30 minutes in water before threading and putting them on the grill. Either Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki or Island Teriyaki will work well on these.

- 1/2 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri (or Island Teriyaki sauce, plus more for basting)
- 1 red peppers (cut into 16 large squares)
- 1 green peppers (cut into 16 large squares)
- 1 3/4 pineapple (cut into 16 1 1/2-inch wedges)
- 1 red onion (small, ends trimmed, peeled and cut into 16 wedges)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (plus more for greasing the grill)
- 0kosher salt (to taste)
